• Device Information: Basic hardware info (model, OS version) and unique device identifiers for app functionality and ad delivery.
• Usage Data: Information about how you access and use our website and mobile apps, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and app interactions.
• Analytics Data: App activity data collected through analytics services to help us improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

Eclectix7 LLC does not sell or share data collected as we do not beileve in those practices. The applications and features provided to you are our products. We value & respect your privacy & seek only to provide you with great services and great benefit.

Service Delivery

Data collected is used exclusively to provide application features & tasks the app is designed for or to investigate any issues or respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.

AI Processing

Some applications or features require AI integration to work. All such features that use AI for processing will be openely labeled as such and not required for general application use with the exceptions of apps that use AI as the core feature. In such cases the app will openly disclose the use of AI integrations. If you choose to use AI based apps or features, your inputs will transmitted to third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) service providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, Gemini etc via OpenRouter.ai) to generate responses or process data. We use the information you provide to enhance app performance through context management. For example, our AI-driven features may use your previous inputs to personalize responses and provide a more relevant user experiences. This context is used solely for your benefit within the app and is not used to train global models or independent AI models or shared with 3rd parties.

Advertising

We may show ads in free versions of our apps. These ads may use identifiers (such as Advertising ID on iOS and Android) to show relevant content, but we do not sell your personal data to advertisers.

Analytics and Improvement

We use analytics services (such as Google Analytics and PostHog) to understand how users interact with our websites and mobile apps, to improve our services & value added, and to identify and fix bugs. These services help us compile reports about website and app trends without identifying individual visitors.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share data with:

Service Providers

Third-party vendors who help us provide our service, including:

• AI Providers: OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, and other AI service providers accessed via OpenRouter.ai for processing your requests.
• Hosting Services: Cloud hosting providers (including Hostpapa and Convex) that store and process your data.
• Authentication Services: Clerk for user authentication and account management.
• Analytics Providers: Google Analytics, PostHog, and similar services for app analytics.
• Ad Networks: Third-party advertising networks for displaying ads in free versions of our apps.
• Payment Processors: RevenueCat and Google Play for managing in-app purchases and subscriptions.

These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the provision of services to Eclectix7 LLC.

Legal Requirements

If required by law to comply with a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process.

Our Services may contain links to other sites operated by third parties. Eclectix7 LLC does not control such other sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or uses of personal data. 4. Your Rights and Data Deletion

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights:

Account Deletion

Each of our apps provides account deletion functionality either:

• Directly within the app settings, or
• Through a dedicated account deletion page linked from the app store listing.

If you no longer have the app installed, you can access the account deletion page via the link provided in the app store listing for that specific app.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

• All personal identifiers (email, name, Clerk User ID) will be permanently deleted from our primary databases.
• Your productivity data (todos, notes, schedules, time entries, etc.) will be purged within 30 days.
• Any temporary context data used for LLM processing is session-based and is not retained after account deletion.
• Note on Payments: Any active subscriptions managed through RevenueCat/Google Play must be canceled via the Google Play or App Store subscription manager to prevent further billing.

5. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data:

• Data in Transit: All data is encrypted using industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) during transmission.
• Data at Rest: All data stored on our systems is encrypted on disk. We use Clerk for authentication to securely manage passwords and authentication data. For apps with a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) LLM features, API keys are encrypted using industry-standard methods or managed services like AWS Secrets Manager.
• Access Controls: We limit access to your personal data to authorized personnel who need it to provide our services.

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Browser Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies:

• Session Cookies: To maintain your session state on our website.
• Analytics Cookies: First-party cookies used by Google Analytics to track user interactions and compile usage reports.
• Mobile Advertising IDs: Advertising IDs (Apple iOS Advertising ID and Google Android Advertising ID) may be used for ad personalization in free app versions.
